Review: PinkPunch Dream Bunny Vibrator

Dream Bunny from PinkPunch is a new clit suction/air pulse style vibe that’s just as adorable as their Sunset Mushroom. The shape is unique, the colors are pretty, and it’s a charming addition to my collection.

Design & Specs

Dream Bunny is a round vibrator with two big ears sticking out of it. It comes in three colors: Green, pink, and white (the third of which is previewed on their site, but does not seem to be available yet). The translucent pastel green is one of my favorite colors. The ears are firm with a little squish. On the underside, there is a round hole on which to attach a nozzle; four small nozzles with different textures are included. It comes with a satin storage bag and a charging base with a USB connection.

The vibrator is encapsulated in silicone except for the plastic of the usable hole. As a result, it’s waterproof, but I’m not sure if getting too much water into the hole could cause a problem. So far I’ve been able to wash it just fine.

It’s pretty quiet. I could probably get up to 60% or so without worrying about the noise behind a closed door.

My Dream Bunny did not have a strong scent when I got it (aside from the faint smell of silicone if I put my face right up to it). This is a big change from the Sunset Mushroom, which had a very powerful plastic smell that hasn’t fully faded. I’m glad this changed.

The round entrance is 0.5″ across and the widest internal size that the nozzles can stretch to for feasible use is about 0.7″ across.

Dream Bunny is available for $69.90. At 30% off with code FROST, the cost drops to $48.93.

In Use

In order to make Dream Bunny work for my anatomy as a trans man, I have to attach the convex head, then another head on top of that. The second one does not lock in place, but it is secure enough to use since I don’t move the vibe around very much. It only fits the head of my clit, not the foreskin, and even then I can’t get the full head inside, only most of it. (This results in a vacuum that creates actual suction similar to a mini penetrable, but I don’t get much out of that.)

With a standard setup—one soft silicone head attached to the nozzle—my clit touches the plastic, leading to overpowering uncomfortable sensation. While I can make it work by moving it along just the sides of my clit (instead of inserting it), that’s awkward and I’d be better off using a pinpoint vibrator. I exclusively use this vibe with the two-head setup.

It doesn’t feel like the other couple air pulse vibes I’ve used. I’m not actually sure if this is an air pulse vibe. It feels like standard vibrations to me. That could be the result of the size of my anatomy; my clit touches the walls of the nozzles, so there’s no space around it. The vibrations are in an even circle around my clit with moderate intensity, which is something I couldn’t get from a pinpoint vibe (too small) or a more broad-headed vibe (vibrations not focused enough). It’s a pretty solid experience.

When in use, I press the vibe against myself moderately and slowly move it in circles, effectively rotating the pressure around my clit.

Vibration strength starts at moderately-low and rises to relatively strong. It doesn’t quite hit “powerful” in the way some people may need, but I rarely need to reach 100% strength myself with this one.

Other air pulse vibes can make me come in 1-5 minutes. This one’s more like a pinpoint vibe; I can get myself off with it, but it’ll take 5-15 minutes, and I might need to finish with my fingers if the vibrations aren’t hitting right.

The ears make it very easy to hold. Most other vibes I’ve used have required specific angles or ways to hold them in which I need to balance getting the right angle vs. holding my hand at a reasonable position. I’m able to keep it in place comfortably even when changing how I hold it, and I don’t strain my arm or wrist at all.

PinkPunch App

I wrote an overview of the app in my Sunset Mushroom review.

With Dream Bunny, the app operates nicely: Very smooth intensity changes from 0 to 100 and seamless patterns.

I like some of the patterns in the app. There are three patterns aside from the straightforward vibration, which I’ll refer to as Purr, Jellyfish, and Car. Purr is a three-tier strength variation and showcases a dancing cat’s backside (not a visual I care for!). The transition between tiers is uninterrupted, so it’s smoother than most other vibe patterns I’ve encountered. Jellyfish, which shows a floating jellyfish, switches between actual vibrations and a really weird high-pitched vibration that is more like coil whine than actual vibrations, so I never use that one. Car, featuring a car cruising on the highway, is a two-tier strength variation and is my favorite of the three patterns.

The downside is that I have to use the app. The button on the side of the vibe starts out strong and goes into patterns. I haven’t yet figured out exactly what the cycle of button options is because it’s unpleasant to work through them. I’d rather have up/down buttons without patterns.

Overall

Dream Bunny from PinkPunch is an adorable air pulse vibrator with strong vibrations and steady patterns that works best with the app. It does not appear to be designed for large clits or t-dicks, but by stacking two silicone heads together, I can make it work. I would have liked a longer nozzle to work with my anatomy.

Given the strength of the vibrations, the initial price of about $70 seems to fit into the market and a price just shy of $50 (with code FROST) is pretty good. As for my recommendation and if it’s worth it? If you have anatomy smaller than a t-dick, it’s probably worth it, especially if you like cute toys. If not, you run the risk of not fitting, but it’s decent if you can fit. The all-around focused vibrations make for a pretty good experience.
